Return Period
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Tampered Orders
We do not accept returns for orders that have been tampered with or show signs of interference. We take the security and authenticity of our products seriously, and any tampering will result in the rejection of the return.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, unless there was an error on our part.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and any products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused by Scentsation.
